EXTREME covers Shooting, Ballhandling, Conditioning, Fundamentals, Competitive intense drills, 

Competition contact drills that challenge the athletes to enhance their skills at all aspects of the game. Development of individual work ethic and tools to improve there game, Confidence at an XTREME high!
